The App fulfils the purpose of maintaining a register of the utilization of workplaces in real estate used by the client, including parking spaces.
These types of data are subject to:
1 bookings: Booking date, start and end time, user ID and identifier of the booked item (e.g. workstation, conference room, charging station, parking space, …).
This data is needed to create utilization statistics that allow optimization of space utilization and, if necessary, the de-rental of space and the resulting cost savings.
2 employee preferences (optional data): display name, list of favorite workstations, list of preferred colleagues, display language, consent to search for one’s bookings, push notifications on/off.
This data is recommended to simplify the booking process for the user and to enable collaboration with colleagues via the app.
