Legal security

• Eurosignatur only offers advanced and qualified signatures that also stand up in court worldwide. Simple signatures, no matter how much data is collected for them, do not offer you this legal security!
• An advanced electronic signature according to EU Regulation No. 910/2014 requires the following features:
  • Clear assignment to the signatory
  • Identification of signatory
  • Use of electronic signature creation data “that the signer can use with a high degree of confidence under his or her sole control.”
  • Linking of all features that detect and report a subsequent change
• A qualified electronic signature (QeS) is based on a qualified certificate (valid at the time of creation) that was issued personalized for the signer. The signature was created using a secure signature creation device (SSCD). According to §126a of the German Civil Code (BGB), the QeS is equivalent to the written form and is legally secure.
• Eurosignatur digital signatures are encrypted with the highest international standards. All evidence captured during the signature process is self-contained, cannot be tampered with, and is stored directly in the document. No third parties, you always have unlimited access to all signature data!
• All servers are located in the EU – no mirroring or outsourcing outside the EU. No access by American authorities via Privacy Shield – your data is safe.

In a multi-stage process, the company information is identified on the server and then converted into a CRM lead. This allows you to see how interested a company representative is in one of your products – and find new customers much faster.

Book your favorite place in three clicks

We have received and implemented many ideas and suggestions from employees for easy booking. Tap desired date, select a favorite place (favorite) and tap “Save”, done.

The live map shows free workstations on the floor plan. Simple authorizations allow reserving areas e.g. exclusively for employees of the HR department.

The Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar is always up-to-date

Log in to your Microsoft account and automatically synchronize existing appointments between clever workplace and Outlook. No double entries are necessary.

Reliable figures due to sensors

Optionally, you can choose from a range of sensors that track the actual usage of each workspace down to the minute. “Occupied” indicators on the monitor show employees whether the space is still free or will soon be reserved again. Meeting rooms without occupancy are released 15 minutes after the start of reservation.

Overbooking option with waiting lists

Waiting lists can be set up for team workplaces. If a workstation becomes vacant, the list places are allocated in the order in which they are booked, whereby persons with limited mobility may be given preference.

Exemplary data privacy

We live data privacy! clever workplace only needs the email addresses to distinguish the employees. Name, phone number, favorites and favorite colleague list are optional. Use exactly what is compatible with your works council. Our servers are located in Germany and operated by German providers. We anonymize and delete on time.

Easy start without IT

To start, the agreed employee data is uploaded to clever workplace, buildings, floors, rooms and workstations are defined in any depth and, if necessary, the sensors are installed on the work environments. No firewall configuration is required. Secure standard protocols such as https are used to communicate with the app and the kiosk.

You know the problem:

• As the person responsible for cleaning, you must demonstrate that the services have been provided safely
• Users of the properties sometimes complain about insufficiently cleaned rooms, corridors or staircases
• The cleaning service provider insists on having cleaned as agreed
• Your presence on site is required to verify the facts and take action

You lose a lot of time and therefore money, it costs nerves and the cause of the problem is not solved. As a remedy, asking cleaners to document their cleaning afterwards with or without an app works in a maximum of 85% of all cases (source: own study 2020) and also costs time that the customer does not want to pay for.

Why CLEANLI?

Documentation, such as HACCP lists or other hygiene records, are automatically captured digitally. There is no longer any need to file, archive or keep paper records. The records can be retrieved up to the minute via an app, tablet or computer on the Internet.
An A5-sized display is available for documenting cleaning to users and can be placed in any room that needs cleaning.
The system is battery-powered and only requires recharging of the batteries or replacement of the batteries in the sensors every two years or so.
The cleaner himself does not have to do anything. All the information they need is collected automatically via an Android cell phone with a WLAN/ or Internet connection or a small device for their pocket.

Data privacy is built in

Each cleaning cell phone stores only cleaning data. The data can only be assigned to individual cleaners via duty rosters and a fixed assignment of each cleaner to a cell phone, which cannot be recorded in the system.

Function and reporting

The system works with matchbox-sized beacons. These electronic devices transmit an identifier comparable to a credit card number via Bluetooth at intervals of around one second. The signal can be easily received within a certain radius. The cell phone in the cleaner’s pocket registers the proximity to the beacon and stores this.
As soon as the cell phone connects to the Internet or a WLAN, the data is transmitted to the portal for evaluation.
